What "selling" and "sharing" mean

Under CCPA/CPRA, "selling" means disclosing your personal information to third parties for monetary or other valuable consideration. "Sharing" means disclosing your information to third parties for cross-context behavioral advertising (targeted advertising based on your activity across businesses, websites, apps, or services).

We do not sell your personal information for money. However, our use of certain analytics and advertising partners may constitute "sharing" under California law. Opting out stops this sharing.

What we share and with whom

When you have not opted out, we may share the following categories of personal information with advertising and analytics partners:

• Identifiers: IP address, device identifiers, cookie IDs, and browser fingerprints
• Internet or network activity: Pages visited, features used, time spent, and click patterns on the platform
• Geolocation data: General location inferred from IP address

We do not share financial information, payment data, social media credentials, campaign content, or sensitive personal information with advertising partners.

Your other CCPA rights

As a California resident, you also have the right to:

• Know: Request disclosure of the categories and specific pieces of personal information we have collected about you
• Delete: Request deletion of your personal information, subject to certain exceptions
• Correct: Request correction of inaccurate personal information we hold about you
• Limit use of sensitive personal information: Request that we limit the use and disclosure of your sensitive personal information
• Non-discrimination: We will not discriminate against you for exercising your CCPA rights

Authorised agents
